It was hot and humid that day
I wanted to take something cold and refreshing
Razon’s immediately came to mind
Just the thought of their halo-halo made me salivate
The secret to enjoying your halo-halo serving at Razon’s is to immediately mix it gradually at first
The challenge here is not to spill the contents while mixing
Anyway, Razon’s Halo-halo has three main ingredients only
That’s Sweetened macapuno and saging na saba and leche flan
Mixed with snow-flake-like ice, their halo-halo is to die for
No need to add sugar or milk or anything else
And do try partnering your halo-halo with their Toasted Mamon
This one’s straight from Pampanga and it sure delivers
It balances the sweetness of the halo-halo
And gives you that ONE magic moment
Each time you take a bite and follow it through with a spoonful of halo-halo
We also tried the latest addition to their menu
They made a new variant of the Fresh Lumpia
Instead of pork meat, they added chicken meat
Am not a real fan of their Fresh Lumpia
But when I took my first bite, I couldn’t stop eating
The taste complemented the sweet sauce
And I must say that this is a winner
